Justice Daniel J. Crothers has served 16 years on the North Dakota Supreme Court in Bismarck. He also is a legal and judicial educator who while on the Court has made more than 180 presentations to judges, lawyers and law students throughout the United States, and in Guam, the Virgin Islands and Ukraine.
